I purposefully wanted to make this post as late as possible so it wouldn’t get so much traffic and hubbub. Anyway, I figure it’s a good a time as any to say goodbye.

My last post, “The 2000s and the American Muscle Revival,” will be my last major post on Oppo. I’m going to move on to bigger and better things in the future and I don’t think it’s best practices to post things in more than one place.

I can’t thank Oppo enough for giving me the platform to hone in my writing skills, and allowing me to show everyone my insane ramblings, even when some were not exactly the smartest per se.

I’ll stay around for smaller posts, such as DOTS’s and car show posts. Plus, I’ll comment on other posts here and there, but my big pieces will be no more.

Thanks for the memories.

That last post was a really good read. What does “ bigger and better things” mean in this context? I definitely want to continue reading your work

Congrats. I definitely enjoyed your last piece.

If you’re posting your work elsewhere, I’m sure some folks would appreciate a link so they can continue to read what you write. But if you don’t want to share, that’s ok too.

Either way, don’t be a stranger around here.
